Yup! And, I think you are a "prime" target, as a commercial enterprise. I honestly don't know what the real answer to all this is. However, your changes to Pegasus are certainly going to fix most of the problems regarding notification of tune status.

But, once in a while, we'd like to hear from you on email. It used to be such a convenient way to communicate.

Once things get caught up a little I'll be back around. With Corey being out as much as she has been, it's been very difficult for me. Things are tuning around though and we are getting processes in place to help improve our customer service.
