can you tune 2001 ford focus with turbo??

Hey guys im looking into getting one of my two ford focuses a little more pep because its slow and looking into throwing one of the small turbos I have in my shop on it and was wondering if with the minotaur software could i tune a blank ts chip to run my focus? and could I just throw some 42lb injectors and mess with a bit of timing and fuel and have it run ok not looking for anything drastic but just a little more than what it has.

I am sure it can be tuned.....but not with Minotaur.
